Product Features
The facing material is black CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic) sheets. Carbon black particles are added inside the CFRT sheet, which not only enhances its mechanical properties but also improves its UV resistance, making the honeycomb panel weather-resistant and adaptable to various weather and climates outdoors.
Thermoplastic honeycomb panels are lightweight structural materials made from thermoplastic materials such as polypropylene. Its main feature is that its core has a honeycomb structure, while the panels are made of thermoplastic composite. This structure combines the lightweight and high-strength properties of a honeycomb core with the processability and durability of a thermoplastic material.
