None gelcoat GRP is made by mixing pre-impregnated fiberglass with resin, and then the mixture is shaped into the desired shape by manual or automated processes and then cured. It has no gelcoat layer, reducing material waste and production costs. GRP without gelcoat has exactly the same performance characteristics as GRP with gelcoat.

Applications
GRP sheets without gelcoat can be used as the middle layer of composite sheets. According to different required effects and application scenarios, adhesives can be used to combine it with stainless steel, aluminum, plywood and other materials.
