Description
The design and selection of a yacht’s subfloor has a huge impact on the overall performance and comfort of the yacht. Composite flooring is a modern solution that combines the benefits of multiple materials to provide a durable, easy-to-maintain and beautiful flooring option.
There is a layer of vinyl resin nylon cloth release film on the surface, which will be peeled off when a layer of surface material is to be laminated on it.
Product Features
- The facing material is epoxy resin GRP sheets: Both epoxy resin and glass fiber have excellent corrosion resistance, giving epoxy FRP excellent durability in harsh environments such as seawater and chemicals.
- The core material is closed-cell PET foam boards: Closed-cell PET foam board has a closed cell structure, the surface does not absorb water, and can effectively prevent the penetration of water and moisture. It has high compressive strength and good corrosion resistance, and can resist the erosion of chemicals and some solvents.
- The release film is made of vinyl resin nylon cloth: Nylon cloth that has been treated with resin to enhance its performance, this cloth has higher resistance to abrasion, water and chemicals
Product Advantages
- Durable: The composite flooring is extremely durable and suitable for use in high-traffic areas of yacht.
- Waterproof: Because it is made of waterproof materials, it will not deform or rot due to long-term exposure to water.
