Description
In the manufacture of solar panels, the backsheet is a critical protective layer that protects the panels from environmental factors, provides electrical insulation and mechanical support. Solar backsheets are made from specialized materials to meet durability and stability requirements for long-term outdoor exposure.
- FR4 Sheets: FR4 is a NEMA grade composite material composed of woven fiberglass cloth combined with fire-resistant epoxy resin. It performs well in mechanical strength, electrical insulation, heat resistance, and moisture resistance.
- PET Foam: Rigid PET foam has higher density and hardness, which makes it perform better in situations where better structural support is required, making it widely used as the core material of composite panels.
Product Advantages
- Mechanical strength: PET substrate solar backsheets can withstand various mechanical stresses during the installation and use of solar panels, including wind, rain, temperature changes, etc. This strength ensures the stability and durability of the solar back panel.
- Excellent electrical insulation: PET substrate solar back sheets have good electrical insulation properties to ensure that the circuits in the panel are not disturbed by the external environment and prevent electrical accidents.
- Weather resistance: The PET substrate solar backsheets can withstand long-term operation in high temperature environments, resist the erosion of ultraviolet rays, wind, rain and climate change, and is not prone to deformation or damage, ensuring its long-term stability.
- Lightweight design: PET substrate solar back sheets are lighter than some traditional materials, which helps reduce the overall weight of the solar panel and improves the convenience of installation and transportation.
- Processability: PET substrate solar backsheets are easy to process and form, which can meet the design needs of solar backsheets of different shapes and sizes, and is also conducive to mass production and cost control.
