Description
PET foam sandwich panels are suitable materials for various RV floorings to ensure the safety and comfort of RVs.
- Vinyl leather replaces solid wood flooring, which is very cost-effective in terms of economic benefits, and its performance is not inferior to the former. Vinyl leather is waterproof, it is more durable than wood flooring, it not only has realistic wood grain, but also has a variety of options, and various wood grain effects can be customized.
- The plywood reinforces the structural strength of the panels and provides structural support for the flatness of the PVC leather surface.
- PET foam board has high density and strength, so compared to other foam cores (such as XPS foam), PET foam core flooring can be made thinner. And PET foam does not absorb water and can effectively isolate external rain and humid weather.
- Gel coat GRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic) sheet has good strength and corrosion resistance. As the bottom skin of the floor, it can effectively resist the impact from the ground.
