Description

The facing material of this panel uses CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic) sheet. Compared with GRP sheet, CFRT sheet has more advantages in strength and rigidity. Continuous fiber reinforced surface foam sandwich panels are advanced composite materials that combine the advantages of continuous fiber reinforced layers and foam core materials, showing superior performance in multiple application fields.

Main Advantages

  • High strength and rigidity

The continuous fiber reinforcement layer is composed of continuous glass fibers and thermoplastic resin, which has extremely high strength and rigidity and can withstand heavy loads and impacts.

  • Lightweight

The sandwich structure of composite materials greatly reduces the weight. Compared with traditional solid materials, it can significantly reduce the overall weight of the refrigerated truck body and improve fuel efficiency and load capacity.

  • Excellent thermal insulation properties

PU foam core material has low thermal conductivity, provides excellent thermal insulation effect, and can maintain a constant temperature inside the refrigerated truck.

  • Sturdy and durable

Both the continuous fiber reinforcement and foam core have good wear resistance and can withstand normal bumps and scratches.
