Description

The application of GRP facing PU foam sandwich panels in refrigerated trucks is an efficient and reliable choice, mainly due to its excellent thermal insulation performance, lightweight and high strength, and excellent durability.

  • Excellent thermal insulation properties

PU (polyurethane) foam has extremely high thermal insulation properties. The closed-cell structure of PU foam can effectively prevent heat conduction and keep the temperature inside the refrigerated vehicle constant. The covering of the glass surface further improves the thermal insulation effect of the plate, ensuring stable temperature inside the refrigerated vehicle and reducing energy consumption.

  • Lightweight and high strength

PU foam sandwich panels are lightweight but have high strength. This not only helps to reduce the overall weight of the refrigerated truck and improve transportation efficiency, but also reduces fuel consumption and operating costs. At the same time, its lightweight and high-strength characteristics enable it to withstand shock and vibration during transportation and protect the safety of goods.

  • Corrosion resistant and easy to clean

GRP sheets have excellent corrosion resistance and are not easily damaged by moisture, salt or other corrosive substances in refrigerated trucks. The glass surface is smooth and flat, not easy to accumulate dirt, easy to clean and maintain, and meets the hygienic requirements for food transportation.

  • Weather-resistant and durable

GRP sheets can maintain stable performance under various extreme climate conditions and are not easily affected by ultraviolet rays, rain or temperature changes. Its weather resistance and durability allow the refrigerated truck to remain in good condition after long-term use, extending the service life of the vehicle.
