Barricades play an important role in maintaining traffic order, improving traffic safety, managing parking lots, and protecting the safety of specific areas. In view of some inherent shortcomings of traditional barricade materials (plastic, metal, wood, concrete, etc.), we have launched a new type of material – thermoplastic honeycomb panels.
It has the following advantages
- Lightweight and high strength: The thermoplastic honeycomb panel uses PP honeycomb as the core material and CFRT as the skin. These two thermoplastic materials are combined together to give the composite panel lightweight and high-strength characteristics. Its weight is lighter than wood and metal, but its strength is much stronger than wood and plastic.
- Waterproof: CFRT material does not absorb water and can ensure that the barricade panel does not rot and retains its shape.
- Anti-ultraviolet: The addition of carbon black particles to CFRT materials can effectively resist ultraviolet rays, maintain the performance of the barricade panel stably for a long time, and extend its service life.
- Easy to process: The easy cutting performance of thermoplastic honeycomb panels makes processing, installation, and disassembly easy.
- Low cost: Barricades made of thermoplastic honeycomb panels have lower material and maintenance costs.
