Its Many Advantages are Reflected in:
- Thermal Insulation.
- Lightweight.
- High Strength.
- Waterproof.
- Surface Flat.

·GRP Facing XPS Foam Sandwich Panels
Extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam has excellent thermal insulation properties and low expansion ratio, with a closed cell rate of up to 99%. Its thermal conductivity is less than 0.026, which can effectively form a vacuum layer to avoid air flow, thereby achieving a long-lasting and stable thermal insulation effect. In addition, this kind of foam has low water absorption and stable structure, so it can have a long service life.

·GRP Facing PU Foam Sandwich Panels
The Polyurethane(PU) foam sandwich panel is a lightweight sandwich structure panel. The core material is polyurethane(PU) foam, which is bonded to two layers of fiberglass sheets. The thermal conductivity of PU foam is only 0.022, the lowest among all insulation materials. Therefore, GRP PU foam sandwich panel is the first choice for thermal insulation applications.

·GRP Facing PVC Foam Sandwich Panels
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a versatile thermoplastic polymer that is lightweight, durable, low-cost and easy to process. This kind of foam has good mechanical properties and is cheap, so it is very popular in the market. They are fire and impact-resistant, have a thermal conductivity of only 0.033, and have good thermal insulation properties.
Applications
Insulated GRP panels bring a longer service life and are suitable for various boxes, walls, floors, ceilings, etc., and are widely used in buildings, RVs, refrigerated trucks, etc.
