Building formwork panels are temporary support structures that can further ensure the safety of building construction, speed up construction progress, and reduce the overall project cost. We have specially customized two new types of building formwork that are more durable and lighter.
PP Hollow Plastic Formwork
Traditional building formwork requires release agents and has a limited number of uses. In response to these problems, we have developed a new type of PP Hollow Plastic Formwork. This is a green, environmental friendly and energy-saving product. TOPOLO innovatively combines a layer of CFRT sheet on the surface of PP hollow plastic building formwork. After adding CFRT, the hollow plastic formwork can have better impact resistance and wear resistance. The building formwork made in this way does not require a release agent when used, and can be recycled more than a hundred times.

Schematic Diagram
- Surface Layer
Continuous fiberglass reinforced thermoplastic (CFRT) sheet is thermally laminated by two or more layers of thermoplastic UD tapes and has high strength and toughness.
- Core Layer
It is made of polypropylene (PP) resin using an extrusion process, and has a regular structure to ensure uniform stress.
Thermoplastic PP Honeycomb Panels
Thermoplastic PP honeycomb panel is made of continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic (CFRT) skin and polypropylene honeycomb core laminated by hot melt. Unlike plywood that is bonded with glue, the layers of thermoplastic PP honeycomb panels are more tightly bonded, more stable and reliable when used as building formwork.

Schematic Diagram
- CFRT Facing
It is composed of two or more layers of thermoplastic UD tapes overlapped at a certain angle, providing excellent structural strength.
- Polypropylene Honeycomb Core
Honeycomb core can provide stable structural support for building formwork.
