The insulated truck body features a fiberglass-reinforced plastic (GRP) sandwich panel structure, with a unique composite design (GRP skin with gel coat layer + high-density insulation foam core + reinforced structural components). Pre-embedded non-metallic crossbeams and longitudinal beams form a uniform stress distribution network, efficiently dispersing cargo weight and preventing panel deformation caused by excessive localized stress.

The panel edges are fully wrapped with high-strength reinforcing materials, ensuring no unprotected areas. This enhances structural stability and guarantees absolute airtightness of the box body, further strengthening insulation and waterproofing.

For easily damaged components such as hinges, door locks, and door retainers, the structural strength of the installation positions is optimized to extend the service life of these vulnerable parts. Simultaneously, installation interfaces for equipment such as refrigeration units, ventilation fans, and temperature sensors are pre-reserved, facilitating the later addition of functional accessories by the customer. Electrical wiring is embedded in dedicated conduits within the panel, preventing exposure to wear and corrosion. This ensures electrical safety and a cleaner interior.

The insulated container body consists of core modules such as side panels, top panel, floor panel, rear panel, and front panel (excluding the door panel). Each surface uses a single, seamless integrated panel, fundamentally reducing splicing gaps and improving insulation and sealing performance.

These modules are connected using high-strength aluminum alloy extruded profiles and stainless steel stamped profiles, supplemented by specialized sealants and a double fastening system of bolts and rivets. The precisely designed profile structure securely locks each panel in place, ensuring connection strength and overall stability.

☑ Absolute Sealing
The doors are equipped with low-temperature resistant, multi-toothed flexible EPDM rubber sealing strips, which maintain good elasticity even in low-temperature environments, effectively blocking air circulation between the inside and outside of the container and further enhancing insulation performance.
